Dear Customers,

Please be advised of scheduled maintenance and upgrades affecting servers located in Ashburn, VA. This will occur on March 17th and 18th, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM and ending at 15:00 (America/Toronto time). Please note that 10:00 to 15:00 is the maintenance window meaning that the machines will not begin from 10:00AM to 3:00PM but rather this is the total maintenance time, each machine should take around 10-25 minutes but we’ve budgeted for issues which is why the timeframe is prolonged.

All Premium and Standard machines will have network upgrades and will go from 1Gbe to 10Gbe network cards allowing for all clients to reach 10Gbps speeds on their VPSs

Impact:

This upgrade will significantly enhance performance by transitioning all machines from 1Gbe to 10Gbe network cards.
